Built for gathering, the heart of the home is a ten-foot marble island and professional gas range made for cooking together. Share long meals on the ocean-view deck, unwind around the fire pit, and end the night in the cedar sauna tucked into the garden. With five bedrooms, four baths, and room for up to fourteen, there is space for everyone to settle in and still find a quiet corner.
The Details
The house: Five bedrooms, four baths, sleeps fourteen. Primary suite with a private entrance, kitchenette, marble bath and walk-in closet, plus a king suite, a bunk room, and two further bedrooms (three kings, four queens, two twins). Cinema room with two pull-out queens.
The kitchen: An expansive marble island and professional gas range built for cooking together, with a reading bench and more than a hundred cookbooks alongside. Pasta maker, tortilla press, extra refrigeration and BBQ on the kitchen patio, eveyrthing for a home feast.
For gathering: An ocean-view dining deck, a fire pit, a cedar sauna tucked into the garden, a bocce court, a gas fireplace, and a vintage arcade in the cinema room.
The setting: A private road into Hawk Hills, panoramic ocean and old-growth forest views, and complete quiet, your own corner of the coast. Herb garden to snip for evening dinner, neighboring Elk, deer and the Farmers Market steps away May through October.
